New patient FAQs

Questions before you join

Can I bring my children?

Of course! We love welcoming families and take great care to make sure children feel happy and relaxed. NHS dental treatment is free for everyone under 26.

Is there parking?

Yes, there's free parking right outside our door, including disabled bays.

Can I get an appointment outside office hours?

We'll do our best to fit you in after 5pm, and we offer out-of-hours appointments at weekends. Just ask when you book.

Do you offer NHS treatment?

Yes. We provide NHS and private dentistry, and most of our patients register on the NHS, then choose private options where they want them.

Are you wheelchair and pram accessible?

Yes. We have disabled parking outside and plenty of space inside so you can feel comfortable.

Do I need to live nearby?

No. You don't need to live locally to join, and we have patients who travel from all over the UK.
